Go through Body Odor - The Causes and Cures more

The Causes - In addition to body odor smelling badly, it can be a symptom of something going wrong in your body. Take it as a warning and make some changes to your daily routine. Following are some of the possible causes and some possible cures.

- Poor Hygiene- When the body emits an unpleasant order and smells bad, poor hygiene is the most obvious cause. Although sweat has no odor, if left on the skin for a period of hours, bacteria forms and begins to decompose. The result is body odor.

- Unbalanced Diet- Aside from poor hygiene, diet can also be a cause of body odor. If the sweat contains high levels of curry, garlic or other spicy foods the body will emit an odor that reflects that.

- Poor Nutrition- Nutrient deficiencies, most commonly zinc, are another cause of body odor. An organic diet will support any deficiencies you may not know about.

- Health Problems- Diabetes or liver disease are other causes of body odor. There can also be gastrointestinal issues such as chronic constipation, or parasites. A parasite cleanse is a simple and effective cleanse.

- The Feet - Your feet may very well be the first to expel an odor, or perhaps just the most offensive. Due to the unventilated space your feet share with your shoes, the feet can simply be the first part of the body to smell.

The Cures - There are several approaches to solving body odor. Following are some of the most common.

- Shower - Shower regularly and use a good anti-bacterial soap.

- Organic Food- If your diet is poor, begin to change it to one that includes more organic foods. Eat as much organic meats, fruits, and vegetables as possible and you will see a noticeable improvement in the scent of your body. And you will feel better.

- Raw Food- Too much cannot be said about a whole food diet with a balanced nutrient biochemistry. Include in your diet at least one-third to one-half raw foods. Make sure you get your vegetables do some juicing once a day.

- Water - Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Drink one glass when you wake up in the morning - before you eat anything and definitely before coffee. A warm glass of water first thing is an excellent wake-up for the body. If you choose, add the juice of a whole fresh lemon and a teaspoon of chlorophyll.

- Cleanses- An internal cleanse will help in moving toxins out of your body. In addition to the parasite cleanse, other cleanses will also be beneficial. The bowel cleanse is a good place to begin, followed by the parasite cleanse, the kidney cleanse, the liver cleanse and finally the heavy metal cleanse. For body odor specifically, the bowel and parasite cleanses are the most helpful.

- Vitamins, Minerals and Herbs - The following supplements will help prevent or at least reduce body odor:

Vitamin B complex,
Vitamin B1
Vitamin A
Zinc
Vitamin C
Magnesium
PABA
Chlorophyll
Homeopathic remedies - Hepar, sulph and Sulfur.

- Improve Circulation - A naturopathic approach involves using a natural bristle brush to gently scrub the skin over your whole body. Its circular motions improves circulation, elimination of toxins through the skin, it removes dead skin and will enhance the function of the skin itself. You can do this at home and afterward take a bath with essential oils added. This service is available at a spa.
